Phase I Environmental Assessments are intended to identify recognized environmental hazards in general accordance with criteria stipulated by ASTM Practice E 1527-97 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process.  As defined by the reference standard, the assessment process consists of four (4) primary components including record review, site reconnaissance, interviews, and report preparation.


In-house professional engineers with continuing education in conducting transaction screens and assessments are utilized to perform these services which vary in scope from small retail or commercial developments to mega-sites.
