John D. Weaver is Mississippi Registered Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor.  He has served as Engineer Intern in Jones County, Assistant County Engineer for Pearl River and Hancock Counties, and Project Manager in Hancock and Choctaw Counties.  Mr. Weaver has extensive experience in State Aid and Local System Bridge project design and management including preparations of civil plans, specifications, opinion of cost design studies, traffic studies, contract documents and utility location.
