Project Engineer, Surveys
David B. Harrelson is a Mississippi Registered Professional Engineer and a Land Surveyor intern. Mr. Harrelson is also a graduate of Mississippi State University and serves as a project engineer in direct liaison with Oktibbeha County on LSBP and county-funded projects. Mr. Harrelson has extensive experience in State Aid roadway and bridge design having worked under county engineers in both Oktibbeha and Choctaw counties. In addition to professional registration, Mr. Harrelson carries MDOT/MCIA Grade 1, Class 2 and 3 certifications for QC/QA concrete testing and Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Certification.
