Thomas E. Allen, P.E. is also a graduate of Mississippi State University and has been a Mississippi Registered Professional Engineer since 1998.  He received his Mississippi Professional Land Surveyors registration in 2001.  Mr. Allen served as an Engineer Intern with the Mississippi Department of Transportation in the Senatobia project office.  Mr. Allen currently serves as a project engineer in responsible charge of numerous site development projects ranging in magnitude from 0.5 to in excess of 30 million dollars.
